The Adeps Green Spots in Wallonia and Brussels

Every weekend and on public holidays, lots of events are organised by local associations in the most beautiful of landscapes in Wallonia and Brussels.


A "point vert" (green spot) is an organised outdoor sport activity, open to all ages, to do at your own pace, with no pressure, to do alone or with company, according to the particular chosen mode scheduled for that day. These particular modes consist of walking, tandem biking, mountain biking, orienteering, jogging or "run and bike".

Sports clubs, parents associations, cultural movements and more will also be livening up the activities and promoting their village, their landscapes and their heritage.


When?

Every Sunday and on every public holiday from 9am to 6pm.

Where?
In the French Community of Belgium (Brussels and Wallonia regions), departing from the welcome point in the particular town.

How far?
The routes are signposted and are in a loop formation (departure and arrival at the welcome point). The routes are as follows:

  • Walking: 5, 10 and 20km
  • Orienteering: 4, 8 and 16km as the crow flies
  • Jogging: 10km - a 5km route is usually also available for beginners
  • Run and bike: 10km - same route as that of the jogging route.
