The Cauchie House is considered to be one of the most beautiful Art Nouveau masterpieces in Brussels.

Come and admire this gem of Brussels' architectural heritage.

Situated opposite the Cinquantenaire Park, it was built in 1905 by architect, painter and decorator Paul Cauchie (1875-1952) for his own, personal use.

It bears many exceptional decorative elements, including the famous Art Nouveau sgraffito. The sgraffitos, or engraved drawings, that you can see on the wall, represent the allegories of the arts.
