A café-brewery in the centre of Brussels that's not to be missed! A la Mort Subite serves its Gueuze and Lambic beers and real Brussels sandwiches.
The name Mort Subite (sudden death) comes from a game of dice or cards, played in a Brussels bar known as "La Cour Royale", which was in full swing at the start of the twentieth century and was run by a certain Théophile Vossen.
