In 1857, Hector Vanwindekens, post collector in Warneton, opened La Poste Brewery. In 1903, his son Henri took over from him. His grandson Joseph then took from Henri in 1943. The last brew took place in 1976. The building was then made into a museum in 2004. The material safeguarded, the shiny leather plunge us into the scents of a family brewery environment and an atmosphere oozing with nostalgia. An educational path allows visitors to familiarise themselves with each stage of production. The much-liked tasting of La Poste beer is the unmissable bit of the visit!
