The Fourneau Saint-Michel is one of the most beautiful sites in Wallonia. Come and visit 2 exceptional museums: the Museum of Country Life and the Iron Museum.
Fourneau Saint-Michel is brought together by 2 museums in the Luxembourg province: the metalwork section and the open air section.
The Museum of Country Life in Wallonia invites you yo discover a reconstruction of the country dwellings and work carried out in Wallonia during the 19th century.
This open air section showcases old furniture and typical Walloon hamlets.
The interiors have been reconstructed into workshops, kitchens with wood-fire ovens, bedrooms, various items of furniture and original tools.
The exceptional collections at the Iron Museum, in turn, allow the setting up of many temporary exhibitions.
