Discover a unique art exhibition: more than 60 pieces made from Lego®. In Brussels from 22/11 to 21/04/14!

All these fascinating wonders are the fruit of American artist Nathan Sawaya's extraordinary imagination. This travelling exhibition has already attracted 1.5 million visitors in North America, Australia and Asia.

It's arrival in Belgium is its first trip to Europe!

The Art of the Brick presents reconstructions of world-famous art pieces, such as:

    • Rodin's The Thinker
    • The Venus de Milo
    • Edvard Munch's The Scream - where the head and hands come out from the painting, taking it from 2 to 3 dimensions!
    • Jan van Eyck's Arnolfini Portrait - where the protagonists also come out of the painting...
    • at different points of the exhibition you could come face to face with the north transept rose window of Chartres Cathedral... or maybe a Buddha
    • or even a 6 metre high T-Rex skeleton made up of 80.020 bricks!

Other pieces are brand new and have been created by the artist himself: a swimmer, a man opening his chest to reveal a treasure of Lego® bricks, etc.

For the exhibition at the Bourse in Brussels, Nathan Sawaya has even built a Manneken-Pis.

The Art of the Brick is:

    • More than a million bricks
    • over 60 pieces
    • spread over 1.300m²!

Needless to say, this travelling exhibition is one of the most extraordinary and innovating around. Not to mention it is accessible to all!

Whether they are real or fictitious, the characters and objects created by Nathan Sawaya will amaze you and leave you speechless.

The exhibition will no doubt be a huge success!
