Folklore and fun are the main ingredients, together with activities and a bunch of surprises for the National Holiday on 21/07/14!

A European village will reveal the ins and outs of European Institutions, the National Defence will present many demonstrations and concerts, patent officers from the Court of Belgium together with firemen, civil servicemen and the Red Cross will all be there to give you an incite into their jobs, the "death ride" in the federal police village will be a huge hit!

And at the end of the day fireworks, to have a real blast!

    Impressive programme right?

Something for everyone...like each year, it's impossible to be bored at the Party in the Park!

Festivities take place from the Park of Brussels to the Place Poelaert, passing by the Place Royale, the Place du Musée, the Mont des Arts, the rue de la Régence and the Grand Sablon.

    New for 2014

A 1914-1918 pathway in Brussels Park will commemorate the beginning of the First World War.

Another section of Brussels Park will also be transformed into a liberated area to mark 70 years since the landings.

More than 60 vehicles, around 100 men and a bivouac will enable you to experience this very specific setting.

Find out about our other events commemorating the First World War.

Exceptional opening for some museums and public establishments...and concerts in the city centre!

And not forgetting the giants parade, which will see the gathering of 47 giants from the 4 corners of Belgium, France and The Netherlands.
