Winter Wonders is a 2km long stretch of fun, the Christmas market, a big wheel. In short, Brussels is bathed in joy! In November 2014.
This latest edition offers 240 various chalets, a sleigh run, an ice-skating rink, the big wheel, and a host of unforgettable surprises.
A magical scheduleThe Grand-Place will be bathed in lights and covered in seasonal decorations, traditional Christmas trees and of course, the traditional nativity scene.
In fact, there are illuminations planned all over (Echinodermus on Place Sainte-Catherine, Lampounette on Rue des Fripiers and NID'LUM on Place du Vieux Marché aux Grains).
A host of activities have been planned and there is something for all tastes and ages as every year brings with it a batch of new features!
Scheduled this yearThe Iceberg - Electrabel light Experience: a fun, architectural sound and light route into the heart of an iceberg. On place de la Monnaie.
The RTL Christmas Parade on 08/12.
Brand new! Some 100 participants, a gigantic carriage pulled by 6 reindeer, Father Christmas' Toy Workshop, the Polar Express and all of RTL's presenters.
The parade will be preceded by a promotional ploat that will hand out thousands of gifts to children and big kids alike! In the heart of the market, discover a genuine Swiss chalet on place de la Brasserie along with the Ice Monster: a 15 minute walk, educational and terrifying, with sound and light effects, lasers...
Culture is no afterthought with Art of the Brick, at the nearby Bourse!
